The service
Phantyastic is an AI-assisted content creation and publishing service. It helps you create assets, posts, campaigns, and ongoing Phlows. The public demo contains prewritten examples; it does not create or publish content for you.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account security, the information you provide, and having the rights to upload and use your source material. You grant the permissions needed to process, store, generate from, and transmit that material to provide the service.
Review and publishing
Review generated content for accuracy, rights, and suitability before approving it. Publishing requires a supported connection and your authorization. Connected platforms have their own terms and availability requirements; delivery and audience results are not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Do not use Phantyastic to produce or distribute unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content, or to bypass service or platform safeguards. We may restrict access for abuse or violations of these terms.
Availability and charges
Available models, formats, access, and usage limits may change. Review the charges and limits shown in the app before committing to generation or other metered work. The service and AI outputs can contain errors or become temporarily unavailable.
Stopping use and contacting us
You may stop using the service and use the account deletion controls in Settings. Contact the team about access, support, or these terms using the form below. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.
